Mbiwa has played more mins in pre-season than anyone else, so deserves a place. I would also be inclined if De Jong is injured to start Aarons out wide, with Cabella central.

1.) I agree with that team however I'd have Sissoko and Colback in the middle (Tiote highly doubtful) then a 3 of Gouffran-Cabella-Aarons behind Rivière, considering SDJ is injured as well. We need that physical power to deal with City's midfield

2.) JToon any ideas as to SDJ's injury and how long he will be out for? Aarons iskn't a bad idea, Man city look sluggish and we might just catch them by surprise if we get the ball early. My only fear is that we could get over run in midfield with so many debutants?
Despite all our acquisitions I am seeing we are still light on real attacking options. spiretoon you are right mate, we need Grenier, Sorry for questioning your logic!

3.) Desree SDJ has more chance of making the game than Tiote. He should be ok for villa
