Nothing exciting about that side. Janmatt is a RB and Santon is LB so that 3 at the back won't with them. Also why Saylor? Surely he would play Willo rather than Taylor who is useless.

Considering we get Janmaat, this would be my team for City based on current squad:

Have Sissoko and Tiote protecting the back 4, they are two powerhouses who are very capable of breaking up play or stopping counter attacks. This will allow the 3 of HBA, SDJ and Cabella to have more of a licence to roam around and focus more on attacking play.

If we keep Benny, we will have great flair and creativity in the final third and no matter what level of quality the striker is, those 3 will give great support to him.

Geez JToon if we play Collo Williamson and any other player that we have at the back we will concede more than most teams
If the penny has not dropped after signing some good players we NEED a quality CB then someone needs tell Ashley after all the hard work and new signings and hopefully a Striket The defence is probably the worst in the Premiership

Spot on vida, can't understand why people want williamson in team, he is hopeless with his head, slow and can carry the ball. defo need a good central defender

I was basing it on the current team, I would put M'Biwa in there but he's off, so who would you suggest? Taylor? I don't think he was any better than Willo or collo. Hopefully we can get someone like Richards or Caulker through the door.

We are going back to the days of the entertainers, collo will be the lone defender. Pardew must be planning something with the defence though. We are thread bare. arguing over williamson and Taylor shows how s**** we are at the back.
