Newcastle have made initial enquiries about the availability and signing of Alexandre Pato from AC Milan in January.

Pato may not cost that much because the fee when he moved to Corinthians wasn't that much, £10 million at most. The sticking point would be wages and the fact that he left milan because he was homesick (or something along those lines) which is a problem that may arise if he came to us as well

Answered my own question. he's 24. for some reason I thought u were on about the old italian fella

He is still partly owned by Milan and they have a deciding say on any future moves.
No research done as comment was from a North East Agent.
