if this performance doesn`t show the manager and owner we don`t need a centre half then we are in trouble. taylor is shocking. we still have a few players to come in though so if we can get a centre half (or 2) we won`t be too bad. . pardew under pressure already?
1.) Lucky to get away with 3-1

Deffo need a defensive midfielder,full back, centre half minimum, throw in another forward and we might have something, along with a couple of young kids.not asking for much like am I?. I think song as DM would be a snip at 5 million. but hey huw. probs sign only 1 more. hope I'm wrong
Agree with the Grenier comment the lad is class just what we need and even at 10 million could be sold for double that in 3 years which is what cashley will do

Your probs right but we need to offload urgently. freshen the place up with the new signings and try our best to get rid of the players I mentioned. but yes. who will buy them?

Strong, Lacey and good in the air centre back, strong central defensive midfielder,think we need cover at full back(both sides). and charlie Austin will do. give us a strong spine. then sell, goufran, Anita,obertan, cabella?,tiote, cisse, Williamson, staylor, marveoux,we need to offload and buy a couple of younguns in the bracket of Tobey. I know. dreaming again
Williamson good honest defender who talks!. for me van dijk or pl experience with dawson from spurs (or both). . williamson as cover. blood streete as and when. we need pace and an organiser. . the team is not far away if this is addressed. think we still have 10 million to spend as we have only spent 2-3 million if you take into account 19 m for cabaye/12 m for debuchy. is he waiting for january to see how we are doing?. . I would also consider glen hoddle as d. o. f.?. with a good young coach to introduce new ideas. . probs get crucified for the last remark

Got to agree destoon as the gaps between defence/midfield/forward and the link up play was non existant. no fluidity. you look at everton, liverpool even southampton last season, we should be playing like that and the players should be enjoying their football, thus us enjoying watching. if I was a centre back playing alongside taylor i`d be a nervous wreck
