@GeordieTom. I was thinking the same as you so did some digging at the wkd. I have a friend that is an accountant for Man City, he claims that most in football know the reason for a swift departure is gambling. Allegedly Ashley settled Parsees debt of 5mil prior to him signing the 8 year deal, but since they have had a big row over it. Palace where in the know, bought the debt off Ashley plus lined his pocket some more and hey presto everyone's a winner. I'm also told that this will be all over UK media very soon. watch this space??!!

hybay. i do respect what your saying. but surely. if its going to hit the media soon ( without the press having any proof of what has gone on ) to print what you've said about pardew and ashley they are leaving them selvs open to court cases ect. all we want is for the people at the top at our club to be honest with us fans /supporters. but they don't give a toss about us.
